Privacy

• Your name, email address, and phone number if you add one.
• If you sign in with Google, the name and email address from your Google account.
• The requests you create and the details you add, such as budget, timing, location, links, and messages to our team.
• Technical information that keeps lasso running and secure, such as cookies that keep you signed in and a scrambled version of your IP address used to prevent abuse.

• To review your requests and find you offers.
• To contact you about your requests.
• To send the emails you've turned on, such as new offers.
• To keep lasso secure and prevent misuse.

We use providers for hosting, data storage, email, and AI tools that help us organize requests. They process information on our behalf to provide these services.

When we talk to businesses, we share only what they need to make you an offer, such as what you're looking for and your timing. We never share your name, email, or phone number without your consent.

If you invite someone, they see your first name and the category of the request you shared. Your budget and notes stay private.

We don't sell your personal information.

Deleting a request hides it from your account and removes it from demand right away. We clear the details you wrote, like your description and notes. We keep a minimal record of the request so referral and payout history stays accurate.

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. This removes your profile and personal details. Requests are hidden the same way as above, and referral records are kept without any link to you, so payout history stays accurate.
