These terms apply to your use of lasso, a service of Launch Point Labs, Inc. By using lasso, you agree to them.
Free to use
lasso is free to use. You tell us what you want to buy, and we work with businesses to find offers.
How we make money
Businesses may pay us commissions, referral fees, or other fees when you buy through lasso.
lasso does not sell goods or services
lasso is not a store. We do not sell, ship, or warrant any product or service. Purchases are made directly with merchants, under their terms, prices, and policies.
Offers are not guaranteed
We do our best to find better offers, but we cannot guarantee that an offer will be found, that a price will be available, or that a merchant will honor any particular terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to use lasso.
Acceptable use
Use lasso in good faith. Don't submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive requests, and don't try to access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
